My creative space
I was hoping to bring you pics of my newly sorted and tidied work room - BUT, due to big hotness and much procrastination it isnt finished yet.
It is on the way and I've thrown out stuff I've collected over the years for projects that I've totally forgotten about - you know - all the UFO's*.
So instead I've been playing with little beads -
A portable little project to take when I'm playing shops at The Nook, Leura.
One of my portable creative spaces is shown here -
A plastic shoe box from chain store.
I put a bunch of bags of beads, some thread, needles, scissors, whatever.
I cut a beading mat in two and it fits in the lid giving me a nice no-slip work surface.
And heigh-ho it's off to work I go!

Excellent idea Tess! I don't know how you have the patience to do such complicated creations with such teeny beads though!
I love the portable creative space! Very ingenious! Tracey x
Thanks Tracey and Michelle.
I know - I'm nuts, Michelle! When i started making jewellery I said I would never ever do anything with seed beads - *sigh* I just got hooked.
The plastic containers are the same 'space buddies' I use too!...By the way, I like what you're working on too, with the pretty green! :-)
Unifinished Objects! hee hee, plenty of these around here. Great name will remember it. Love the green and black bracelet, and such a smart idea to put the non slip matt in side the lid for a portable workspace.
Oh my goodness, how tiny are those beads!!
Love that you can take it along with you.
Have a great weekend.
